Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you, and what to do if something isn't right.

Shipping

Where we deliver: We currently ship nationwide Pakistan.

Delivery time: Orders are dispatched within 7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges: A flat fee of Rs. 250/- applies to all orders

Cash on Delivery: COD is available nationwide

Order tracking: Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details via provided contact details so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Return window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached. 

Exchanges: Need a different size? Message us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

How to start a return: Contact us at Whatsapp with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is covered by the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
